The Penfield Central School District is a public school district in New York State that serves approximately 4900 students in portions of the towns of Penfield, Brighton, Perinton and Pittsford in Monroe County, and Macedon and Walworth in Wayne County, with over 900 employees and an operating budget of $72 million (~$14,998 per student).[1]
The average class size is 21-25 students and the student-teacher ratio is 24:1 (elementary), 22:1 (middle-high school).[1]
